- The origin of American Thanks Giving Day goes back to the beginning of American history. The immigrants from England arrived America in 1620. That winter, they had some difficulties of their life, living in the cold and hunger. American Indians, the indigenous people gave they some articles for daily use friendly and taught them how to hunting, fishing and plant corns to make a living. With the help of those American Indians, the immigrants got used to their new life gradually. They invited indigenous people to thanks for the giving of the god on the day they harvested crops. Later, Americans set up Thanks Giving Day to give thanks to those American Indians who helped them and the god who gave them good harvest.
- There is a saying in Chinese, drips of beneficent water must be repaid with overflowing fountains of gratitude. Thanks Giving Day is a good festival which teaches people to remember others who give them help and encourage them to return.
